Hello! I am starting this blog for several reasons. One, is to hold myself accountable for my health and fitness. If I know that I have too blog about my workouts and my nutrition, I am less likely to skip a workout and eat crappy. My goal for myself is to get back down to 105-110, my pre-pregnancy weight with Nik. I have a long ways to go with that. Once I get further towards my goal, I will put my present weight and the most I have weighed on the blog. But for right now I will keep it a secret! LOL! Reason # 2, I will be getting my personal trainer certification soon. So I would like this to be a good source of information for my clients. I am hoping to blog nightly. I would like to add my workouts for the day, my nutrition (what I ate and my supplements), a fitness tip, supplement tip, and a healthy recipe.
After I get my two PT Certifications that I have been working on, I plan on getting my International Kettle and Fitness Federation Level 1 & 2 Kettlebell Certification, TRX Suspension Training Certification, National Federation of Personal Trainers Certification, and NFPT Master Fitness Trainer Certification (includes a speciality in Resistance training, Edurance training, and Nutrition).
